How to change the position of sidebar

1) Go to WordPress Admin Panel -> Customizing ->  Blog settings Location sidebar  

How to change Footer copyright / Footer image

1) Go to WordPress Admin Panel -> Customize  -> Footer  and enter your copyright

2) also you can cnahge footer image for this  in settings “Footer img” click select image
